Weight Training

Increase your strength, stamina and overall fitness with weight training! Weight training improves your muscular endurance, improves your posture, strengthens your bones, tones the muscles and decreases blood pressure.

Strength Training

Make your body burn! Strength training increases your metabolic rate and this helps your body burn more calories throughout the day. Strength training also increases your bone density, increases lean muscle mass, improves balance, flexibility and stability and helps prevent injury.

Cardio Boxing

Vent those frustrations! Cardio boxing is a fantastic way to get fit, tone the muscles and de-stress. Cardio boxing incorporates sparring jabs, power punches, blocks and kicks to help you improve speed, resistance, and strength. Flexibility and reflexes are also enhanced.

Body Sculpting

Get the body you have always wanted! Body sculpting exercises help you increase your muscle tone through aerobic fitness and light weight training. Combined with a good, healthy diet, body toning and sculpting can help increase your metabolism and burn fat.

Core Training

Achieve lean tummy muscles! Add to your strength and stamina and prevent injury and illness by working your core muscles. Core strength gives you the confidence to push yourself to the limit while you are playing a sport, working out at the gym or even just lifting those heavy bags of shopping. Doing sit ups every day is not the best way to train core; infact they can lead to neck injuries and tightness of the abdomonis that can lead to poor posture. There are 3 major regions in the abdominal wall that need to be worked and we can show you how.

Flexibility

Improve your body shape through stretching! Stretching increases flexibility and this directly translates into reduced risk of injury. The reason is that a muscle/ tendon group with a greater range of motion passively, will be less likely to experience tears when used actively. Stretching also is thought to improve and may enhance anthletic performance. Additionally, increased flexibility of the neck, shoulders and upper back may improve respiratory function.

Cardiovascular Exercises

Try a walk, cycle or swim and feel fantastic! Cardiovascular exercise and aerobic exercise has been shown to have a number of health benefits when performed on a regular basis. Cardiovascular fitness promotes weight loss, stronger heart and lungs, increased bone density, reduced stress, temporary relief from depression/ anxiety, prevention of osteoporosis, reduced risk of heart disease and even some forms of cancer.
